Taking freshly cut cacao pods - together we take raw beans and embark on the journey of chocolate making: fermentation, drying, roasting, peeling, grounding.


We will take African cacao pods freshly cut from the cacao trees, we turn raw beans into whole process of chocolate making, fermentation, drying, roasting, peeling, grounding. You will taste real, bitter, fresh roasted beans, we can make milk bar, hot chocolate to drink, we separate cacao butter from cacao powder. You will see how it become solid.
