Exclusive Live Cooking Experience in Secret Locations on Zanzibar
CHUMVI na JIWE ( Salt & Stone ) is the idea and philosophy behind our way of cooking and life.
That means keeping it simple and using methods of the old world to bring a gourmet meal to your table while having a minimal impact on our eco-system by foraging and understanding how the food system works and supports itself naturally.
This is a live cooking experience which will focus on the senses of taste, sound, smells & sight. We encourage you to fully indulge and take away knowledge and the uniqueness of the event.
Venue will be advised as per availability. most of our venues are featured on secret sea side
locations or farmland depending on the menu we are cooking at the time.
Pricing will include food, a bottle of wine per couple with a choice of Sauvignon Blanc or a Rose wine. Any other drink preferences or additions should be specified and will be added according to cost. Soft drinks are included.
